Home>Join>Join   1.TMAN Service (to be referred to as 'TMAN' hereafter) operated by TPC Mechatronics Co., Ltd. is provided for free to the users who have given consent to these articles of agreement. Once a user presses 'register' button, it is considered consent has been given to these articles of association. 2.Registration Info. TMAN can use users' registration information in a collective form. However, personal information of individual users, with an exception of a case where it may cause illegal or other undesirable problems, is not disclosed without consent from the corresponding user. Users who inflict damages to others or conduct themselves to violate the public morals by using the contents of TMAN can be deleted from our membership list. 3.Modification in the Articles of Agreement TMAN can apply modification to these articles of agreement. TMAN puts the modified version in effect after notifying it to the users by listing it in the website or by other methods. 4.Modification in TMAN Service TMAN may modify or suspend its service due to unavoidable causes. 5.Contents of E-mail Responsibilities on the contents of e-mail are to be taken by each user. Without TMAN's approval, the users must not send out e-mails of improper or violent contents to violate public morals or to inflict damages to other members, junk mails and spam mails. In accordance with the specifications in Article 53 of Telecommunications Act, Article 16 of Enforcement Degree of Telecommunications Business Act (disquieting communications) and Clause 3, Article 53 of Communications Business Act, all legal responsibilities in relations to transmitting e-mails of improper and violent contents must be taken by the member users. TPC Mechatronics Co., Ltd., which provides the services of TMAN is not to be held responsible in these cases. IDs and e-mails of members who exert damage to others or violate public morals by using the contents of this service will not be protected. 6.User Information All users' information listed in TMAN, including the users' name, is considered actual data. Users who have not entered correct information and name may not be protected by the law and will be restricted to use the services of TMAN. 7.Protection of Users' Personal Information In accordance with the specifications of related regulations, TPC endeavors to protect personal information of its users including the information entered at the time of user registration. The protection of users' personal information must be carried out in accordance with the specifications of TPC's "personal information protection policy" and other related regulations. 8.Obligations of TPC ¨ç TPC endeavors to provide continuous and stable services in accordance with the specifications of these articles of agreement without violating the specifications or other good public orders and customs. ¨è TPC implements security system to protect users' personal information (including credit information) so that to enable users to safely use the online service. ¨é TPC is not to send out e-mails of endorsement and profit-making nature, which the users do not wish to receive (however, TPC may send out e-mails to notify users of the related events, surveys and announcements, etc.). 9. Users' Obligation for ID and Password ¨ç With an exception where TPC bears responsibility in accordance with the related regulations of "personal information protection policy", all responsibilities in relations to management of ID and password are to be taken by the corresponding users themselves. ¨è Users must not let a third person use their IDs and passwords. ¨é In case having their IDs and passwords stolen, or detecting a third person using them, the user most immediately notify TPC of the situation and follow any instruction given by TPC in accordance. 10.Advertisement Listing TMAN offers advertisement listing service for free/ with charges on the basis of our member companies. Users intending to use the services of TMAN are considered having given consent to advertisement listing. 11.Rules of Conduct Particulars not specified in these articles of agreement are to be in accordance with the specifications of Framework Act on Telecommunications, Telecommunications Business Act and other related regulations. 12.Damage Compensation TPC Mechatronics Co., Ltd. does not bear any responsibility on damages caused to a user in relations to the utilization of its services. When legal proceedings are required in relations to a dispute caused for service utilization, the courthouse in the area where TPC Mechatronics Co., Ltd. is located is to be the competent courthouse. [Supplementary Rules] These articles of agreement are put in force from November 23, 1999. I agree with the above conditions.
